Poem for Clifford.

Description: This poem was written for my Grandfather (who passed away). This poem was written way before he passed away.
Written: December 14th, 1993.

Father I just want to talk to you about a very special man. His name is Clifford Puryear you must have picked him with your own loving hands. You have seen all the sorrows that he had from a childhood, and what a kind and gentle person he was before he even gave you his life. Why he has had so much sorrow Lord I will never understand, but you know all the reasons and your still in command. You have walked him through many dark valleys he could never have made alone. But father, you are his sheppard and with your rod and staff you brought him through The valleys of the shadow of death and now lord our faith looks up. We see his strength is coming back. We know you have heard our prayer lord and he will be OK just bring him through this valley lord and all the glory you'll receive. Thank you my precious heavenly father. P.S. God brought him through again.
